This calculator uses clock arithmetic only. For real travel planning, add boarding time, traffic uncertainty, connection buffers, border checks, daylight-saving changes and local schedule rules.
Example
If you start at 09:00, travel for 5 hours and 30 minutes, and add a 30-minute break, the estimated arrival is 15:00 before any time-zone offset.
Common mistakes
Keep travel time and local clock time separate. If a trip crosses time zones, add the offset only once, and check whether daylight-saving time changes during the trip.
Limitations
The calculator does not know real transport schedules, traffic, airline boarding rules, ferry cutoffs or connection risk. Add a practical buffer for time-sensitive trips.
