Essential storage
CalcMentor may store a small consent preference in the browser so the cookie banner does not need to appear on every page. This is necessary for remembering whether advertising or analytics storage is allowed.
Calculator inputs
Normal calculator inputs are processed in the browser. They are not placed in advertising cookies by CalcMentor, and sensitive calculator values should not be sent to advertising or analytics services.
Google advertising cookies
CalcMentor is prepared to use Google advertising services such as Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers or similar technologies to serve ads, render ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic and personalize ads where permitted by law and consent choices.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
If advertising cookies are accepted, Google may be able to use ad signals to show more relevant ads. If advertising cookies are rejected or if local law requires a different mode, ads may be limited, contextual or non-personalized. Ad availability and behavior can also depend on Google settings, browser settings, region and the advertising product configured on the site.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
For visitors in regions where consent is required, Google advertising tags should not be loaded for optional ad purposes until the required consent has been collected. Before launch with Google ads, CalcMentor should use a Google-compatible consent setup for the regions where it is required.
Google Analytics cookies
CalcMentor plans to use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement and site improvement. Analytics should be configured to avoid collecting calculator input values. Where consent is required, analytics storage should only be enabled after the visitor allows analytics cookies.
Changing your choice
Use the cookie settings link in the footer to change your choices. Clearing browser storage may also reset the banner.
Google resources
Google explains its use of cookies and advertising technologies in How Google uses cookies and Advertising - Privacy & Terms. Google also publishes guidance for publishers in the Google Publisher Policies.
