If a product sells for 80, costs 28 to buy, 8 to ship, 12 in ads and has a 6% platform fee, the per-unit profit is 27.20 before any other costs.

Use the breakdown to see which cost driver has the biggest effect. Ad cost and return rate often decide whether a product that looks profitable remains profitable at scale.
Limitations
This calculator does not model inventory write-offs, refunds by channel, subscription software, payment disputes, taxes, VAT, currency conversion or overhead allocation.
