How to read the estimate
This page uses waist-to-weight context as a screening aid. It does not try to reproduce every official table or determine policy eligibility.
Example
A 30-year-old person entering a 36 inch waist and 190 lb body weight gets a relative screening score from those measurements. Use the result as a context check, not as an official pass/fail decision.
Common mistakes
Measurement placement, posture, tape tension and rounding can change the result. Official assessments require current instructions and authorized measurement procedure.
Limitations
This page is not medical advice and does not replace official Army policy, body composition forms or professional assessment.
